Clean, spacious unit with open kitchen, large living room. Has a small balcony, AC with heating function as well as just the air, and washer/dryer in the unit. Two parking spaces in the garage a wonderful roof top with tables for your outdoor barbecue. Also close to grocery store and the "Arts" district.

Excellent community, due to the location I would highly recommend this apartment to any future Icon Collective students. I would also encourage any musicians to move hear due to the number of other musicians and creatives living at Madison Toluca.

Great prompt service. Great location near lots of amenities. You can take bus or metro and go anywhere. We love the 5 min. walk up to Porto Cuban Bakery for pastries. Nice clean building with lots to offer.

This place is great! Great office, great facilities, apartment is beautiful. Super convenient to a lot of great places to eat around the north hollywood district. I am most certain that I will continue my lease for the next year once it is over.

The upgraded dog areas baggies and gravel are a nice addition. The only thing that I would love is a fireplace and a pool - then it would be perfect and I may never leave. I have a dog and I love the space for her!

When I discovered this place, I was so surprised to find that it contained everything that I needed in an apartment. In unit laundry, safe and secure parking and great neighborhood. This apartment fit my budget. I would hate to have to move from this great place.

We absolutely LOVE our apartment her at Madison Toluca. It has exceeded our expectations. I found it online from Texas and Julie, the apartment manager, has been amazing. I had many questions as we were traveling from Texas and Julie was professional and patient every step of the way. We flew in and did the walk through and signed our contract the same day. The grounds are beautifully maintained and immediate attention is given to any problems or concerns you may have.

I highly recommend Madison Toluca for your LA home.

We have lived here for over a year now and have enjoyed our stay; so much so that we've signed on for another 12 months. The manager and her staff are both professional and responsive in handling the needs of the community. The units come with their own washer and dryer as well as, refrigerators with ice-makers. Something that other complexes in the area do not provide. The buildings are secure and the grounds well kept. We highly recommend renting here!

I'm very very happy with my apartment. I've lived here for almost one year now. The management is amazing! They are on top of their game! The apartment manager really cares about the tenants and always goes above and beyond. She really works so hard and always is so responsive!! Maintenance manager is also so helpful! He keeps the property clean and groomed. You will always see him doing something to keep the complex looking at its best! He is so polite and also goes out of his way to help!

The apartment in general is very very quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend it!

I don't live here, but we were highly considering it. We visited 3 different times, but when it came down to making our decision we chose somewhere else in the NoHo Arts District due to the other roommates wanting a more walk-able area. The apartments are very nice, I love how open the kitchen is and as we were touring, all the residents were super friendly. I have to say the staff is BRILLIANT! They are very helpful and had a great sense of humor.

I have rented from many places, and I have to admit: my family and I are very, very happy here. We just moved in last month, and we couldn't be happier. From what I understand, we moved in the same time as the new manager, and she is AWESOME. It’s the staff, cleanliness, and professional manner that makes this place above and beyond anything I expected.

Peace of mind...that’s what I feel here. Any time I have had a concern; it immediately gets taken care of. I don't want to move. Love it!!

Overall quality of the apartment is outstanding - granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, spacious floorplans. And you get a huge break on rent if you sign one-yr lease. Also, on our move-out, the new lady was super nice and helpful to get us our security deposit.

I feel compelled to share my thoughts on Madison Toluca, as I know it's always a process when picking out a place to live. Not only is this apartment complex affordable, but it's practically brand new, and the price is almost unheard of for what comes standard in your apartment. The smallest apartment still features 2 FULL bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, as well as a great little laundry area with washer and dryer, and two underground parking spaces!

If my husband and I didn't buy a house, we definitely would have stayed at Madison Toluca. We lived there for 1 year, and really enjoyed our time in the complex, plus the neighborhood is really cute. I really don't think you could get this type of apartment in this area for a better price, granted we moved in a year ago and I'm not sure what the rent is now for new tenants. To have all the amenities in your apartment and reasonable rent is well worth taking a look at this place.

Each place has a cute balcony! Unlike other apartments I've lived in, Madison Toluca actually gave us back our security and pet deposits. When I lived at NoHo living, they gave me 50% of my deposit when nothing was damaged or wrong with the condition in which it was left. Madison Toluca didn't do that, and they were very fair. We were pleasantly surprise with the check we received not long after moving out, ANOTHER PLUS!

I highly recommend Madison Toluca, and I promise it won't disappoint. Hopes this helps someone out there!
